Mark R. Bishop is the Vice President, General Manager for United Online's Web Services division. He has served as vice president over Operations, Systems and Customer Services since February 2000. From 1997 to 2000, he was part of Delta Airlines Internet team and played a key roll in Y2k preparations. Prior to Delta, Mr. Bishop was over Production Technology at the Atlanta Journal-Constitution where he successfully lowered production costs through implementing pagination systems. He started his career in technology and operations in 1990 with Digital Technology where he installed, implemented and trained newspapers to use Unix based pagination systems. Mr. Bishop studied International Relations at Brigham Young University and is fluent in Finnish.
