Nate and Jen

Nate Handy is one of our long-timers at Freeservers, having worked in the Quality Assurance Department “breaking things,” as he says, for over two years. Nate says that before he came to Freeservers, he had never worked at a place where “employees were actually friends and not just trying to put up with each other.”

On top of working at Freeservers, Nate is also working towards a Master’s degree in Information Systems and still finds a little time for sports, specifically basketball, softball, ping-pong (on our new table in the break room!), and golf. He also enjoys music and plays the piano, trumpet, and guitar. In fact, one of his dreams in life is to produce and write music for his wife, who is a professional singer. If Nate could go back to any place or time, he’d go back 10 years, take out a loan, and invest it all in Yahoo. Nate’s favorite quote is “When life treats you like crap, pretend you are a fly and enjoy it!”
